Hi, I'm Skyla. I turn data into decisions, building AI-enabled products with a product manager's instincts.

As the founding UX designer at Flux Full Circle, I own end-to-end UX, CRO, and product development across roughly 40 luxury travel clients. Today I'm building Flux OS, our internal AI-enabled product suite, using tools like Claude Code and Cursor to design, validate, and ship fast.

As Founding UX designer across roughly 40 luxury travel clients, I own UX delivery, CRO, and product development, including Flux OS, our internal AI-enabled product suite. My CRO testing program identified the primary CTA as the single highest-leverage lever on a booking page, validated across four controlled tests at 93 to 97% statistical significance. Separate work, a live conversion audit and a persistent booking prompt, drove further gains: a 372% increase in booking sessions for one client and a 174% increase in direct bookings for another.

Career break to Antarctica

Nov 2022 – Mar 2023

I took a deliberate career break, spending a season aboard a small-scale expedition vessel in the Antarctic Peninsula, personalising tour experiences for guests with a focus on science and photography, alongside a period of independent travel. It sharpened how I think about experience design for people who are paying for transformation, not just a service.

Off the clock

Outside of work I'm slowly restoring my '97 SWB Pajero and try to get out to the mountains most weekends, trail running, hiking, camping. I also really enjoy documenting it all through analog photography. Oh, and I'm a HUGE Sade fan.
